Time line for the biocluster

Dear Dr. Raghvan,

Around what time line is expected for this bio Cluster institute to be operational ?

This is an initiative quite similar to the EMBL in the europe and it is very exciting that such a platform is being built which could incubate young group leaders who can then spread around the country in respective smaller labs.
